Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
1. Educational purpose only
This assessment is an educational tool, not a medical diagnosis. Patterns and recommendations are based on symptom clustering and population-level research. Your results should not be used to start, stop, or change medication, supplements, or treatment plans without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have urgent, severe, or worrying symptoms, seek medical care promptly.
2. No medical advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. The Body Tell is for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not prescribe supplements, medications, or treatments. We do not tell users to start, stop, or change medication.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. Do not share your account with others. We use magic link email authentication — no password is required.
4. Health files
Files you upload to My Health Files are stored for your personal use only. You can delete them at any time. We do not interpret uploaded files for diagnostic purposes.
5. Payment and refunds
The full The Body Tell is available for a one-time payment. Because the report is delivered immediately as a digital product, refunds are not available once the report has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue preventing report access, contact us at support@thebodytell.com.
6. Intellectual property
The assessment, report content, and scoring methodology are proprietary. You may download and share your personal report for personal use (e.g., with your doctor) but may not reproduce or commercialise the platform content.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide this platform as-is for educational purposes. We are not liable for health decisions made based on the report. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
